Rana Holz

Rana Holz is board certified and has practiced family law exclusively for 30+ years. Rana, a frequent author and speaker on family law topics, has published articles in The Florida Bar Journal on paternity, child support, and international child abduction. Rana served on the Family Law Commentator editorial board for eight years and was co-chair of the publications committee for two years. Rana served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section from 1998-2002 and on the publications, legislative, equitable distribution, support, and continuing education committees. Rana is a member of the Lee County Bar, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Association of Family Law Professionals. Rana is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is recognized as a Super Lawyer. Rana is a mentor for newly licensed family lawyers and regarding international child abduction cases. Rana graduated from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University.

Chris Santospirito

Chris Santospirito practices exclusively family law and related appeals. Chris joined the firm in 2019 and has lectured at family law educational seminars during the past two years. Chris graduated from the University of Central Florida and received his juris doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law. Chris is a member of The Florida Bar, the Family Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Lee County Association of Family Law Professionals. Chris is certified in collaborative law. He is also barred in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Taylor Curley

Taylor Curley is from Southwest Florida and is a proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University--Go Eagles! Taylor attended law school at Ave Maria School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in May of 2023. 


During her time at Ave Maria School of Law, Taylor was a Senior Editor on Law Review, assisting in the successful completion of two publications in 2022 and 2023. Taylor was also a member of the AMSL Moot Court Board and competed in the 1L St. Thomas More Oral Advocacy Competition and the Texas Young Lawyers National Trial Competition. 


Additionally, Taylor served as a Dean Delegate during the school years of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 where she participated in several fundraising events for Ave Maria School of Law and networked with the local community on the law school’s behalf. 


While in Law School, Taylor also gained extensive work experience. She worked with the Department of Children and Families as a legal intern during the summers of 2021 and 2022 and started at Rubinstein & Holz as a Law Clerk in August of 2022. Taylor is passionate about using her legal education to help families throughout her community and will continue this work at Rubinstein & Holz. Taylor was admitted to practice in October 2023.
