Florida Divorce and Family Law Attorneys  Alan Rubinstein
A fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Alan Rubinstein has over 40 years of experience and is board certified in marital and family law. Alan is co-author of Recent Decisions, a publication of The Family Law Section which chronicles recent cases. Alan served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar for 12 years and is presently a member the board certification committee for family law. Alan was a member of the rules committee during formulation of the Florida Family Law Rules. Alan has served on all of the major committees of the Florida Family Law Section, including legislative, continuing education, support issues, publications, rules, membership and forms. Alan has published numerous chapters in family law manuals with a focus on case law and practice analysis. In 1990, Alan was the lead author of the family law volume of “Florida Legal Forms,” by West Publishing Company. Alan is a certified family law mediator and arbitrator, is trained in collaborative law and is qualified to serve as a trial resolution judge. Alan has achieved the distinction of listing in the Best Lawyers of America since 1989. Alan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lee County Bar, the Association of Family Law Professionals, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubble. Alan graduated from the University of Miami and received his juris doctorate in law from the University of Florida.
 Rana Holz
Rana Holz is board certified and has exclusively practiced family law and related appeals since being admitted to the Florida Bar. A frequent author and speaker, Rana has published articles in the Florida Bar Journal on paternity, child support, and international child abduction. Rana served on the Florida Family Law Commentator editorial board for 7 years, and was co-chair of the publication for two years. Rana served on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section from 1998-2002, and served on the publications, legislative, support and continuing education committees. Rana is a member of the American Bar Association, Lee County Bar, and the Association of Family Law Professionals. Rana graduated from the University of Florida and received her juris doctorate in law from Stetson University.
