 INFORMATION REGARDING COURT-MANDATED PARENTING CLASS
Prior to obtaining a divorce decree, individuals who have minor children are required to take a parent education and family stabilization course in accordance with Florida Statute 61.21.  Minor children age 6 and older also required to participate in a course about divorce. A flier is available in our office for the Parents, Children & Divorce program for adults and the Sandcastles Program for children (both courses are approved by the courts of the 20th judicial circuit).  To learn more about these programs or to enroll, call (239) 693-8893, (800) 767-8139 or visit www.educationprograms.com.
